Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for visiting at our site Resin Roofs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
The purchased item (items) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. A date of reciting of when the item (items) where received.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. (items) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as a 20% re-stocking fee.

Please ensure the person who will receive the delivery at the delivery address is aware of the following delivery acceptance details:
Your order is on an All Day Delivery.
– This is between the hours of 8.00am until 5.30pm
Please note this is a scheduled delivery slot. We can not provide a timed delivery service.
Please be advised delivery vehicles are 7.5ton so therefore if access is an issue, we MUST be informed prior to delivery date being arranged otherwise if delivery fails due to access issues you will be charged for re-delivery.
If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the goods and a re-delivery needs to be arranged you will be charged for the re-delivery.
All boxes must be opened and checked for any damage before being signed for.
If the delivery is after 5pm then damage needs to be reported to Resin Roofs before 10.00am on the next working day.
If any goods are received damaged you can either accept the goods by signing for them as “damaged” or you can refuse to accept the goods. We must be notified within one hour from receipt of delivery if this happens.
Please note: NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGES CAN BE MADE IF GOODS ARE SIGNED FOR AND ARE LATER FOUND TO BE DAMAGED.
Also please note, on the day of delivery it is not possible to call prior to the delivery.
INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SITE
Some personal data is collected through the site when you voluntarily choose to provide us with personal data.
The Contact Form – The information collected via the form simply allows us to reply to you/answer any questions, etc.
Leaving a Comment – If you leave a comment on the site, we ask for your name, email (which is not displayed on the site) and website (if you’ve got one). This information is used so other visitors will know who left the comment and to help us stop spammers.
